As Head of Digital Innovation & Think Tank in the Private, Wealth & Commercial Clients (PW&CC) corporate division of Deutsche Bank, Jürgen von der Lehr is responsible not only for identifying relevant trends, but also for developing and implementing of innovative customer solutions. In particular this includes customer offers which base their solutions on Robo Advisory, Cognitive Analytics and Bank as a Service/API. Mr von der Lehr studied Business Economics at the University of Mannheim and the University of Wales, after completing a banking apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank. Alongside the international experience acquired from his previous line activities (in locations such as Poland, the Middle East, the UK, Italy and France), Mr von der Lehr possesses extensive expertise in the corporate client and lending business (Deutsche Bank AG), corporate investment management (DZ BANK AG), as well as in restructuring (commercial banks in the CEE). He worked for A. T. Kearney, one of the world's leading management consultancy firms, and specialised in strategy development in the retail banking, sales/marketing and corporate banking sectors, as well as the cards and payment transactions segments.

Savino Damico

Savino Damico is the CIO AREA, Research and Acceleration of Innovation, Manager at Intesa Sanpaolo.Degree with honours in Economics at Turin University.

He joined the bank in 1992, covering a number of remarkable positions in the payments area: bank representative in National Banking Association - Payments Committee, bank representative in IBOS Ass. – Board of Directors, Italian Representative in European Payments Council .- OITS WG, Italian representative in EBA Cl., SEPA Business WG.

Savino joined Intesa Sanpaolo Research & Development in 2012 and currently he is in charge of Digital Payments and Biometrics within Chief Innovation Officer Area in Intesa Sanpaolo.

Alastair Hutt

Alastair is responsible for some of the most rewarding alliances today within financial services and SME business support and membership organisations. Responsible for the set-up and launch of the RBS Mentoring Programme. Most recently launched the P2P, Crowdfunding partnership between RBS, FundingCircle and Assetz Capital.

Working with both large household names, and smaller innovative players, developing SME propositions that help business in the UK start, grow, succeed and prosper.

Alastair is recognised as a subject matter expert in access to finance, and because of connections and expertise seconded to Scottish Government for 3 months on access to finance for disadvantaged individuals. This included a spell in Boston, US, collaborating with members of the CDFI and community banking population as well as Babson and MIT.

An expert in running national teams of 100+ Business Development Managers, and developing strategic alliance partnerships with major financial service groups.

Alastair has experience as a commercial banker with national remit to develop strategy in new business introduction systems and process. Leading edge development of new market streams.

Possesses a wide knowledge and exposure to UK financial 'movers & shakers' at executive level.

Chris Ulliott

Chris joined RBS in January 2016 from GCHQ where he was a technical director and Chief IA
Architect for their information assurance arm, CESG. With over 20 years in security and a
background in both hardware and software engineering, Chris has experience ranging from
embedded control systems through to large scale transactional services and is now responsible for
Information and Cyber Security across the bank

Keren Chavkin-Lior

Keren Chavkin joined HSBC in December 2002 and is the Head of HSBC’s Europe International Enterprise Architecture, based in Israel.

Keren has extensive background in strategic system information management, including database analysis, architecture roadmaps building - current state and future state and regulatory programmes implementation. In addition, Keren holds extensive knowledge of finance and banking processes.

She has established and led HSBC’s Software Delivery team in Israel, including developing and implementing dozens of strategic projects of the bank’s core systems. In addition, from an IT perceptive, Keren had led global regulatory processes such as FATCA, BASEL II and Global Standards. Keren works with HSBC’s Europe executive management to protect grow & simplify operations through the use of technological resources.

Keren holds a MBA and BA in Business Administration and System Information (Magna Cum Laude), both from The College of Management - Academic Studies. Her greatest passion after caring for her lovely three kids is SUP surfing.

Daniel Eisen

Daniel Eisen has worked in the investment banking industry in London for over 15 years for a number of banking houses.

Daniel has worked in a various roles, and specialises in various aspects of Credit and Portfolio Risk. He has helped deliver numerous solutions to improve reporting capabilities and deliver efficiencies across Risk, working closely with business owners, tech specialists and major stake holders

Daniel currently heads an IT Team delivering Risk Solutions at Royal Bank of Scotland, working with various IT and Risk specialists across the world.

Daniel completed the Honors MBA program at Ben-Gurion University, and was part of a team which took a local Israeli start-up to second place in a global technology entrepreneurship competition held at UC Berkeley.

Graham Smith

Graham Smith is the Chief Data Officer at RBS. Graham entered financial services in 1992 with Prudential, moving 2 years later to Coopers
& Lybrand where he worked with Lloyds of London on its restructuring following the near collapse of the Lloyds market in the early 90s. In 1996 Graham joined ABN AMRO where he held a number of senior positions over the next 12 years. These included Head of Risk Systems and Head of Bank-wide Basel 2 Programme.

Graham joined the RBS from ABN AMRO in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer for Risk in the Corporate Banking Division where he was responsible for Change Management, Risk Reporting, Risk Modelling and Analytics. With Graham’s 2011 move to the role of Chief Data Officer he became responsible for the data agenda across the RBS.

With more than 20 years of Financial Services experience, Graham is well placed to provide the leadership, experience and vision required to drive the way RBS creates, manages and utilises data across the company.

Graham’s 17 years in banking has included responsibility for ABN AMRO’s Risk integration into RBS and Risk IT
Prior to his time in banking, Graham was a consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, where most of his time was spent working with Lloyds of London on its restructuring programme following the near collapse of the Lloyds market in the early 90s. His introduction to Financial Services came in 1992 at Prudential.

Outside of work, Graham has a growing family, a French ski-chalet business and a passion for playing most sports (badly).

With 22 years of professional experience in consulting work helping big banks across different geographies in relevant transformation programs related to digital transformations, omnichannel distribution models, customer experience and sales programs improvements based on analytics.

Barak Ron
Barak Ron

Barak Ron, joined HSBC in 2005 and currently is the Head of Business Services Department for Israel.

Barak has extensive background in banking operations in diverse areas, such as Payments, Credit, Securities, Treasury, AML and Trade. In addition, Barak has vast experience in project management, system solutions implementation and operational risk management.

Barak has led projects to deliver the business requirements for regulatory and financial crime prevention, including: FATCA, CRS, EMIR, DFA and Global Standards, and has led dozens of solutions and projects to minimise the bank’s operational risk, losses and costs.

Barak holds a BA in International Relations and Political Science and MBA, both from the Hebrew University. He is also a Certified Information System Analyst by the John Bryce College.

He is married and has 3 boys and his greatest passions are Lego and WWII history.

Moran Levinovitz

Moran Levinovitz joined HSBC in January 2008 and is a Director in the Investment Banking team in Tel Aviv. Moran has extensive background in various Investment Banking products including M&A, Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance. He has led HSBC’s deals in the Israeli energy sector including the USD 430m Tamar Bridge, USD 900m Tamar Project Finance, USD 500m Leviathan Reserved Based Lending Facility, and USD 2bn Tamar Bond. In addition he has advised clients on M&A transactions including Cinema City, Delek, Noble Energy and various private equities.

Moran leads HSBC’s examination of the Israeli Fintech/Cyber landscape. As part of his role he has been developing relationships with the dynamic eco-system in Israel and various parts of the bank which led to several Proof of Concepts with various start-ups. He also scouts for potential investments for HSBC’s Strategic Investments team.

Moran holds BA in Business Administration from the IDC Herzliya (Magna Cum Laude) and graduated from the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. He is married and has two children, more than just curious about how technology will change the way people and businesses consume financial services, loves the outdoors and is an avid practitioner of various types of meditations.

Giuseppe Argirò
Giuseppe Argirò

Giuseppe joined the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Area in 2016, as head of Innovation and Development Accelerator for SME and Enterprise. He is responsible for scouting, selecting and “testing” Fintech startups, that can be functional to the introduction of disruptive innovations to the bank, with a focus on new services for SMEs and Corporate.

Prior to that, he leaded various strategic projects in the Banking Group for over ten years, both in Italy and with the International Banks. Before that, a strong info-tech background has been acquired in primary IT Companies, with commercial and technical responsibilities over the Banking and Insurance markets.

Giuseppe holds a MBA from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan and got an Electronic Engineering Degree at Politecnico di Torino University. A great passion is to discover new landscapes, exploring the Alps around Turin with his BMW GS motorbike.

Roy Ramon
Roy Ramon

Roy Ramon is an Investment Manager in Intel Capital’s Platform Engineering Sector (PEG). Roy leads Israel and EU external partnerships in the area of Semiconductor and Intellectual Properties (IP) that help PEG to create market leading SOCs via business transactions ranging from Licensing, Equity Investments, JV to M&A.

Roy has created a partnership program for startup companies to work with Intel. Currently Managing the program that has 6-10 companies and has 6 months cycles. The companies receive a senior Intel Mentor and optional technical or financial support to create a mutual POC.

Neil Cuthbertson

Neil Cuthbertson joined RBS in June 2010 as Head of Vendor Management with the responsibility to deliver financial benefits based on the effective alignment of goals, capabilities and investments with chosen strategic suppliers.

From March 2012 Neil has led the Partner Innovation Network team which brings innovation and new thinking from external sources to business leaders across RBS. He helped shape and implement the Bank’s Open Experience operating model which works with strategic partners and start-ups from innovation hotspots around the world to find ways of improving customer service and ensuring the bank remains relevant to its customers.

Neil has built strong relationships with the innovation ecosystem in Israel with a focus on cyber security, data and analytics, payments and digital technologies. This work in Start-up Nation has been positively supported by The Floor, UK Israel Tech Hub (part of the British Embassy in Tel Aviv) and Accenture.

Neil’s career has predominantly been ICT-focused with significant experience in sales and consultancy at BT, Hewlett-Packard and Vision Consulting where he led many large and strategic sales campaigns for Financial Services companies.

Neil holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration (both from Edinburgh University). Neil is a keen golfer and enjoys running and off-road cycling.

Adi Soroka

Adi Soroka joined HSBC in February 2011 as the Chief Operating Officer for Israel.
Previously Adi held few senior positions in the area of Operations, Marketing CRM and project Management, mostly at Israel Credit Cards LTD.

Adi has extensive background in financial products operations in diverse areas: payments, credit, trade, securities and treasury, periodical reporting. In addition Adi has experience in core operational processes such as: customer on boarding, statements production and regulatory reporting.

Adi has been leading HSBC’s Operations, Service and Technology in Israel to support the new business requirements and the extensive global and local regulatory changes over the years.
During this period, hundreds of Risk items were mitigated and hundreds of software streamline initiatives were implemented in order to improve the customer service and its related cost.

Adi holds a BSc, Industrial engineering, graduated with honors from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a MBA, Marketing from the Bar Ilan University.
He is married and has three children; His greatest passion is outdoor activities such as trips and bicycle riding.

He is also a Humus addict and is frequently seen at “Abu Hasan” at Jaffa.

Fabio Salierno

Fabio is the Head of Experience Design in Intesa Sanpaolo. He joined the Innovation Center in 2014.
He started his activities in Intesa Sanpaolo in the Internal Communication Unit. Then, for about ten years, he worked in the Training Department as Managerial Learning Designer and as a Community Manager of a learning managerial platform. He deepened several managerial topics as a researcher and as a facilitator: leadership, complexity, innovation process and service design, entrepreneurship. Now, with his team, he applies methods and tools of service design to solve problems or to find new solutions about existing or new services, products and processes. Always with a human centered approach. Fabio has a degree in Social and communication studies and a Master in Psychology of professional relationship. He is a professional counselor since 2010.

Mariano Belinky

Mariano is the Managing Partner at Santander Innoventures. He joins SIV from McKinsey & Co., where he was an Associate Principal in the Corporate and Investment Banking and Global Risk Management practice, based in New York. Here, he’s spent six years advising global banks, asset managers and private equity firms across North America, Europe and Latin America on multiple strategic topics.

Mariano brings a good combination of investment experience, together with a strong technology underpinning, deep consulting experience and good knowledge of Santander Group.

Prior to joining McKinsey Mariano spent three years at Bridgewater Associates, in Connecticut, US, and was an equities and equity derivatives trader for a private financial firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mariano holds a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from New York University, and conducted doctoral studies in Artificial Intelligence at Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, focusing on complex networks, and specifically on syndication patterns in venture capital networks in the US.

Francisco Nuez

Francisco J. Nuez, Managing Director at Accenture.

Currently Banking Lead and Technology Consulting Lead in Accenture Financial Services Industry in Spain, Portugal, and Israel, and responsible for some of Accenture’s largest banking client relationships in Spain.

With +25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, I have held a number of leadership positions within this geography. I have international experience serving clients leading large scale Transformation Programs, including M&A, IT, Management and Organizational change.

Laura Li Puma

Dr. Laura Li Puma has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Turin.

From 2000 to 2006 she worked in a major Italian telecommunication company, Telecom Italia Lab – Research Dept., as part of the Mobile Value Added Services got a Master in Telecommunications.

In Intesa Sanpaolo since 2006 ICT R & D in the IT department.

Currently she is in charge of Big Data and IoT Office, within Chief Innovation Officer Area in Intesa Sanpaolo

Giuseppe Cardone

Giuseppe Cardone joined Intesa Sanpaolo in 2009 and since 2014 he works at the Intesa Sanpaolo

Innovation Center following the activities in the blockchain space, including the participation in the banking

consortium R3 CEV. He is also part of the scientific committee of BlockchainLab, a community of experts

and enterprises with a common interest in this field.

Prior to joining Intesa Sanpaolo Giuseppe spent four years as technology consultant with a consulting firm

in the financial services, led the delivery of different bank’s strategic projects.

Giuseppe holds a degree in Computer Science from Politecnico of Milan with specialization in information

systems. Outside of work, Giuseppe likes to spend his time with his kids and has a great passion for

technology and sport.

Juan Jiménez Zaballos

Juan Jiménez Zaballos is Head of CIB Corporate Innovation globally for Santander Group. Among other responsibilities, he is in charge of setting Santander Group’s strategic innovation agenda for wholesale banking, prioritizing the Group efforts and identifying opportunities in the 10 Group core markets where Santander operates. He is also a member of R3 CEV group, a blockchain banking consortium devoted to explore blockchain CIB use cases.

Prior to that, Juan was the chief of staff to the Head of Global Banking and Markets (2013-2014) and held various management positions as Head of Strategy and business development for Equities (2009-2011) and UK Institutional clients banker (2011-2012).

Juan joined the Group in 2009 after playing several senior roles in other iberian global banks (in CGD as Chief of Staff and in BBVA as Treasury and Capital Markets manager) and other consulting roles (Arthur Andersen).

Juan holds Business Administration degree by UAM and master in Finance, Treasury, Risks and Capital Markets by IEB Madrid, and Master in Leadership and Innovation by IE Madrid

Rodrigo Álvarez

Rodrigo Álvarez is in charge of Accenture Digital for Financial Services (Banking, Insurance and Capital Market) in IBERIA, also he’s responsible for the Innovation in IBERIA. He’s part of the Executive Team at EALA level (Europe, Africa and Latin-American).

Ample experience in Digital Transformation projects in the main Spanish organizations and also great experience working together with international finance institutions which gave him a clear vision of how to approach challenges.

He had the chance of being the main actor in the Accenture Digital transformation where his team mixed up the new digital talent (from the takeovers and mergers of important digital companies) with the best digital Accenture talent and the experience of working with pure digital player as Facebook, Google, etc.

Ingo Becker

Ingo Becker is a Director and Senior Expert Disruptive Technologies & Solutions in the Chief Digital Office of Deutsche Bank's Private, Wealth & Commercial Clients (PW&CC) corporate division. Ingo has an extensive background in product and process management of various Banking products and a passion to drive the digital transformation for Deutsche’s Private and Commercial clients.

Ingo currently acts as product owner in the areas of artificial intelligence and distributed ledger technology. In this role he interacts with internal stakeholders in business and IT, as well as external partners like other banks, IT solution providers and Fintechs to support Deutsche to build a new ecosystem. As part of his role he has been developing several Proof of Concepts and has a leading role in implementation programs.

Ingo majored in Work and Organisational Psychology and Statistics (Diploma). He is a strong believer in an upcoming new era where the combination of new work styles and life concepts like innovation, diversity and inter-disciplinary collaboration in combination with new technologies like AI, blockchain and IoT will disrupt our beliefs and behaviour in all areas of our lives. He loves almost any kind of dancing and tried to master some of them, and is still working on his skills in coaching and counseling based on system theory.

Damian Richardson
Damian Richardson

Damian is the Head of Payments Strategy & Innovation at RBS. Damian is a career banker with 28 years of experience in e-commerce, product management and
large programme delivery. Before joining RBS he worked for HSBC and Coutts.

He is currently responsible for co-ordinating the development of the Bank’s payments strategy as
well as implementing the innovation framework around payments.
